Dr. Sharon Castellanos is an expert nurse practitioner in the field of Maternal Fetal Medicine. She has spent the last 25 years as a champion in the field of diabetes,
developing, implementing and deployment of innovative curriculums within Kaiser Permanente Santa Clara and Kaiser San Jose. Her goal is to improve access, value and meaningful
care to obstetrical patients. She has received many awards for her contributions in nursing clinically and within the community. Her life shifted in 2006, when she became a donor mom.
This loss exposed her to the increasing health disparities around tissue and organ donation. To bridge this gap she founded Brandon’s Crossroads Foundation Inc., a not- for -profit foundation whose mission is to educate adolescents on tissue and organ donation.
She obtained her Doctorate from Northern Consortium of Nursing Practice, in June 2014 and has continued research in this field of tissue and organ donation education.

I have spent the last twenty plus years in the field of medical administration. And I have done volunteer work for various non profit organization over the years.
In 2006 our family experienced a great loss, this opened our eyes to the importance of tissue and organ donation. this has been the driven force of Brandon’s Crossroads
to educate our adolescents and community at large.

Debra has been married to her high school sweetheart U.S. Marine/Veteran since 1974 and they have 2 sons and five granddaughters so far. Manny is a minister and
they have been in ministry for 32 years and have a non-profit organization. Her work experience has spand the technology field, corporate america, staffing industry and her
own business doing tax credits. Her education comes from Christian college-Bachelor of theological and her many travels to different countries and living abroad.
Paul Anthony Lemus………………………. Public Relations
Mr. Lemus is educated in Administration of Justice as well as Business Marketing & Administration. He came to realize after careful thought & consideration a career
in Law Enforcement was not a good fit. Not being one to waste valuable knowledge, Mr. Lemus took that education and began to teach the Latino community on their basic
rights under the law. And more so, to protect themselves against unlawful detainment, harassment, search and searcher. As a byproduct, he was also a founding member for
the San Jose Low Rider Alliance. A Organization that dispelled the stereo type of Latino’s and the Low Rider Community through countless charitable events to include bone
Mr. Lemus education in Business Administration & Marketing was the catalyst in starting and eventually selling an Automotive Restoration and Customization shop in San Jose CA.
He then relocated to Sacramento CA. and began his new venture in the custom home building market. He enjoyed success and also suffered at the hands of our recent recession.
And as many American’s going through that rough patch in our history, he had no other choice but to wrap up his business. He is currently employed at the University California
Davis Medical Center. And being a board member of Brandon’s Crossroad’s Foundation, Mr. Lemus is utilizing his education and life experiences to champion the goal of educating
the youth in the matter of organ & tissue donation.
